Symptoms
Cronobacter can cause severe, life-threatening infections (sepsis) or meningitis. Symptoms may include poor feeding, irritability, temperature changes, jaundice, grunting breaths and abnormal movements. Infection may also cause bowel damage which may spread to other parts of the body.
