74 people sick, 38 hospitalized and 2 dead (under investigation) across 28 states to date. Products contain Muscimol, a chemical found in mushrooms, which could be a potential cause of symptoms consistent with the reports. Products are sold online and at various retailers nationwide. Despite the recall, products are still available for purchase at some retailers as of July 16. People should not eat, sell, or serve these products. Investigation ongoing.

People who became ill after eating affected products reported a variety of severe symptoms including seizures, central nervous system depression (loss of consciousness, confusion, sleepiness), agitation, abnormal heart rates, hyper/hypotension, nausea, and vomiting.
