Who's At Risk?
People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to sulfites run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.
Symptoms
Consumption of 10 mg of sulfites per serving has been reported to cause severe reactions in some asthmatics and anaphylactic shock could occur in certain sulfite sensitive individuals.
