No illnesses have been reported yet. 2 lots of High Noon Beach Variety Pack (12-pack/12 fl oz cans) are recalled. Some cans were mislabeled as Energy Drinks but contain vodka seltzer. Affected products were sold in 8 states from July 21 to 23, 2025. Consumers should not consume mislabeled silver-lid cans.
Who's At Risk?
Young children, teens, and adults who may accidentally or intentionally ingest mislabeled beverages (e.g., thinking it's non-alcoholic) are at highest risk
Symptoms
Symptoms may include dizziness, drowsiness, nausea, vomiting, impaired coordination, and confusion. Effects can be more severe in children, pregnant individuals, and people with medical conditions or alcohol sensitivities.
